Every AI request in your organisation, through one gate you control.

Ajutant is the control plane for AI in your business: your models, your tenant, your policy, and a switch that stops any of it. Your own IT team operates it, without hiring an AI engineering function.

The questions you can't answer today.

Not because anyone is hiding anything, but because AI arrived through a dozen doors at once.

  • Which teams are using AI, on what, and at what cost?
  • Who approved this assistant, and what has it been asked?
  • What happens the day a model provider changes something you were relying on?
  • If you had to stop it this afternoon, could you?

Control isn't a dashboard you look at once a month. It's the path every request has to take.

Operate it the way you operate everything else.

The controls below are not settings you switch on later. They are the route every request travels.

Your own team runs it.

Deployed by Bicep into your Azure subscription and kept current by Ajutant, so a stretched IT team can operate it without a specialist AI function. Releases are notified in advance.

One gate, and everything goes through it.

The assistants people use, the automated workloads inside your applications, and any other tool that talks to a model, including an OpenAI-compatible developer gateway with per-team quotas. One audit trail. One kill switch. One bill from Microsoft.

Stop it at whatever level you need.

A kill switch for a single assistant or the whole platform, approval before anything is published, version history and one-click rollback.

See what it costs and what it returns.

Usage, per-chat cost in pounds, and time-saved reporting per assistant, so the ones that earn their place are obvious and the rest can be switched off.

The questions your IT and risk leads will ask.

Q.01
What happens when something goes wrong?
You have a kill switch, an audit trail, role-scoped access, and per-team cost limits. When a user flags an ethical or correctness issue with a response, it reaches your IT operations team in real time, not the model provider. Every interaction is logged, and every assistant is governed by your acceptable use policy.
Q.02
Can we change models later?
Yes, and without rebuilding the assistant. Models are your choice across Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic and Google Vertex, under contracts you hold. Content leaves your tenant only to a provider you have contracted with, or to web search if you enable it.
Q.03
What governs the rest of your AI?
The same platform. Ajutant is your governed AI control plane, the one place every AI request in your organisation runs through. Not just the assistants people use, but the automated workloads inside your applications and any other tool that talks to a model.

Bring your IT lead. We'll show you the controls working.

Thirty minutes on how it deploys, what stays in your tenant, and what your team would actually have to do to run it. No slides unless you want them.
