One vendor shouldn't own your models, your data and your audit trail.

Ajutant is the governance, build and control layer over the models you already trust. It runs inside your own Azure tenant, on contracts you hold, and it is built so that changing your mind stays possible.

The lock-in you don't see until later.

Vendor-hosted assistants are quick to switch on. The cost shows up the first time you want to change something about them.

  • The assistant, the content and the audit trail all sit in one vendor's cloud.
  • You get the model they ship, at the price they set, on the roadmap they choose.
  • Access and oversharing problems surface after the rollout, not before it.
  • Nothing you build is yours to take somewhere else.

Switching cost is a design decision. Ajutant is designed so that leaving is possible.

Your models, your contracts, your tenant.

Ajutant is not a model of its own. It governs the models you have already chosen, in the place you already run regulated workloads.

The models stay your decision.

Run the major commercial and open models through Azure AI Foundry or the providers' own enterprise services, under contracts you hold. Change the model behind an assistant without rebuilding the assistant.

The platform deploys into your subscription.

Bicep into your own Azure tenant, using an identity you grant and can revoke. Content, logs and diagnostics stay there. Only summarised token usage comes back to us, to reconcile billing.

One control plane over all of it.

Assistants people use, automated workloads inside your applications, and any other tool that talks to a model all run through the same gate. One audit trail, one kill switch, one bill from Microsoft.

What you build is readable.

An assistant is configuration you can inspect and version: prompt, model, knowledge sources, access. Export and import between environments is available on the Enterprise tier.

The questions your IT leader will ask.

Q.01
We have Copilot already. What's different?
Copilot is an assistant inside Microsoft 365. Ajutant is the platform underneath your own assistants. Your models, your tenant, your audit trail, and the ability to publish assistants a specific team asked for, governed the way your organisation needs. Many organisations will run both.
Q.02
Where does your data go?
It stays in your Azure tenant. Content leaves only to a model provider you have contracted with, or to web search if you enable it. There are no copies in a shared vector database, and deployment happens via Bicep into your subscription, governed by your existing Azure controls.
Q.03
What governs the rest of your AI?
The same platform. Ajutant is your governed AI control plane, the one place every AI request in your organisation runs through. Not just the assistants people use, but the automated workloads inside your applications and any other tool that talks to a model.

Bring your IT lead. We'll go through the architecture.

Thirty minutes on how Ajutant deploys, what stays in your tenant, and what it would take your team to operate it. No slides unless you want them.
